DATED : 6th JULY, 2022 P.C:- The applicant seek modification/relaxation from attending Yavat police station on the first Saturday of every month, as directed by this Court on 16/12/2020, while releasing him on bail. The order being passed on 16/12/2020 pose an onerous condition upon the applicant to report every month. Learned counsel for the applicant state that he has punctually abided by the said condition, but since the charge is not framed and no useful purpose is served, by reporting to the police station, since the investigation is complete and the chargesheet is filed, condition be relaxed. "The applicant shall report to the Yavat Police Station on the first Saturday of a tri-semester, any time during the course of the month".
