Learned Counsel for the applicant seeks leave to withdraw this application, in view of the Judgment dated 27th October, 2016, passed by the Division Bench of this Court (Coram:A.S.Oka and A.A.Sayed, JJ.) in Writ Petition No.2473 of 2016, with liberty to file an Appeal before the Sessions Court.

Application is accordingly disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed.
