The learned Counsel for the Petitioners submits that the order of this Court dated 7th January 2019 in Writ Petition (ST) No.10435 of 2018 is not complied with. The learned AGP submits that the entitlement of the Petitioners is decided, as directed by this Court. An Affidavit to that effect is on record.

3 cp129-20.odt decided with a view to harass the Petitioners. The entitlement of the Petitioners is 1H and 20R. Same has been reduced and the lands are also allotted at different places.

The said contention can not be agitated and decided in this Contempt Petition. The Petitioner is at liberty to avail the remedy available under law, if he is aggrieved by the same. As the order is already complied with, though belatedly, the contempt stands purged.
