The learned APP has submitted report dated 7/10/2016 addressed to her by Assistant Commissioner of Police, Turbhe, Navi Mumbai stating therein that the investigating agency has reached to a conclusion that there is no evidence against the applicants in the present crime and therefore the Investigating Officer forwarded papers of investigation to the higher authorities for approval for submitting final report as "C-Summary". The said report dated 7/10/2016 is taken on record.

In view thereof, interim relief granted on 4/7/2016 is hereby confirmed.
