Leave to amend without need of reverification. Amendments ASHWINI HULGOJI GAJAKOSH to be carried out in the course of the day today. We dispose of the Petition with a limited relief directing the Divisional Joint Registrar Co-operative Societies Mumbai to hear and dispose of the Revision Application filed by the 2nd Respondent that is pending before him. While doing so the Divisional Joint Registrar will hear the Petitioners who are the original complainants and who obtained an 10th January 2022
501-ASWP-268-2022.DOC order against which the 2nd Respondent has filed his instant Revision Application. We require the Divisional Joint Registrar to hear and decide the Revision Application without delay and to pass a reasoned order thereon by 31st January 2022.

In the meantime there is to be no coercive action by the society against the noticees in the show-cause notice or notices issued by the 2nd Respondent.

The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. There will be no order as to costs.
