By this petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India the Petitioner challenges the order dated 18.02.2016 passed by the learned Adhoc District Judge Pune below Exhibit- 32 in Civil Appeal No.366/2010. The learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that during pendency of the Writ Petition, said appeal itself has been disposed of on merits. Hence, nothing survives in the Writ Petition.
