Mr. Poddar, the learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner, on instructions, states that his client would participate in ongoing investigation and would remain present for recording statement and for producing documents as and when summoned by the Respondents. The statement is accepted.

The Petitioner is directed to co-operate with the Respondents in ongoing investigation and would remain present for recording the statement or for production of the documents when called. If the Respondents propose to take any coercive action in pursuance of the ongoing investigation, the Respondents shall give seven days notice to the Petitioner before adopting 1/2

22. WP 758-22.doc such coercive action. The Petitioner in that event would be at liberty to file appropriate proceedings and apply for interim reliefs against the Respondents. The Writ Petition is disposed off in the above terms. It is made clear that other reliefs sought by the Petitioner in this petition are not considered by this Court at this stage. The Petitioner would be at liberty to apply for those reliefs as and when cause of action arises. All contentions of the parties in that behalf are kept open.

No Order as to costs.
