On the basis of instructions, it is submitted on behalf of the Appellant that Respondent No.1 - Accused has expired. Respondent No.2 is the wife of Respondent No.1. Both have been acquitted by the Court of JMFC - Miraj for the offence punishable under Section 500 of Indian Penal Code, 1860 ["IPC"] as per the judgment dated 22nd December, 2011. 2.
In view of the developments during pendency of this Appeal, learned Advocate is having instructions from the Appellant not to prosecute the Appeal any further. 3.
