Learned APP has demonstrated that though the accused persons are found involved and have been punished under sections 324 and 506 of IPC, their exoneration under section 307 only on account of nature of injuries is unwarranted. 3.

The appeal filed by the accused persons challenging their conviction is already admitted by this court vide appeal No.949 of 2017 and accused persons have been granted bail. 4.

In this situation, we grant leave as applied for. 5.

The appeal is admitted for final hearing.

Mr. Hakim advocate waives notice for the accused persons. 1/3

As the accused persons are already given bail by this Court in the appeal, they shall file personal bond in the sum of Rs.20,000/- each before the trial court and undertaking for their appearance in the present matter.
