Learned APP has tendered across the bar copy of the letter dated 31st July 2019 address to the Public Prosecutor, High Court, Mumbai by A.R. Zanzurne, Assistant Police Inspector, NRI, Sagari Police Station, New Mumbai and also copy of the letter written by Vishwajit Kaingade, Police Inspector, Khalapur Police Station address to the Public Prosecutor dated 31st July 2019 same are taken on record and marked 'X' Collectively for identification. 2.

In the light of the submissions made across the bar and keeping in view contents of both the letters and submissions made in Umesh Malani

2/2 910.APPLN.238.2019.doc the application there is no impediment to accede to the prayer of the Petitioner. Hence, Criminal Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'a'.

Necessary steps to be taken by the Registry of the JMFC to transfer the Criminal case bearing RCC No. 151/2017 pending before the learned C.J.J.D. and J.M.F.C., Khalapur to the Court of the Ld. 9th Jt. C.J.J.D. & J.M.F.C. Vashi, Navi Mumbai within three weeks from receipt of copy of the order.
