This is an Application for stay moved by the Appellant. 2.

Heard Mr. Devendranath Joshi, learned counsel for the Applicant and Mr. Yogendra Pendse, learned counsel for the Respondent No.1.

It is revealed during the course of argument that the Applicant has deposited decretal amount with the Labour Court at Thane. As such, it is necessary to grant stay. Hence, the following order; :: ORDER ::

(i) Civil Application for stay is allowed in terms of prayer clause 9(a).

(ii) Registry is directed to inform to the concerned Court accordingly.
