Learned counsel for the petitioner states that he will avail of the alternate remedy of filing an appeal, however, he seeks limited protection to approach the appropriate Court. The appeal shall be filed within a period of two weeks.

In the meantime no coercive steps shall be taken for a period of four weeks from today.

In view of pendency of this petition since 2016, on the aspect of delay in filing the appeal, the period during which this petition was pending shall be taken into consideration.
