DATE : 13 JANUARY 2023 P.C. :- The learned Counsel for the Petitioner restricts the prayer to early disposal of the adjudication proceedings pursuant to a show cause notice, which is now issued on 3 January 2023. 2.

The learned Counsel for Respondent Nos. 1 to 3 states that a show cause notice dated 3 January 2023 itself prescribed 30 days period which has commenced from 3 January 2023 from the date of receipt of the notice and therefore, the Respondents as per show cause notice would be bound to complete the same within a period stipulated in the show cause notice.

In light of the statement, the prayer of the Petitioner for time bound disposal of the adjudication proceedings stands answered. 4.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. All the contentions of the parties on merits are kept open. ABHAY AHUJA, J.
