Perued the affidavit of Shri Rajkumar Keshav Sali, Superintendent, Nashik Road Central Prison, Nashik. From the annexures to the affidavit, it appears that the case of the petitioner for re-entering his name in the remission register was favourably recommended. Though final order directing re-inclusion of the name of the petitioner in the remission register is not annexed to the affidavit, in a report dated 11th February 2019 submitted to this Court by the Superintendent of Nashik Road Central Prison, it is categorically stated that entry of the name of the petitioner has been again taken in remission register. The said report is taken on record and marked as "R-1" for identification. We accept the statements made in the said report. By accepting the said statements, we dispose of this petition.

We, however, direct that the order of the Competent Authority specifically directing re-inclusion of the name of the petitioner in the remission register shall be forwarded to the petitioner through Jail Superintendent of the concerned jail. Even copy of this order shall be forwarded to the petitioner through Jail Superintendent of the concerned jail. Rule is made absolute in the above terms. (A.S.GADKARI, J.) (A.S.OKA, J.)
