Later on; Mr. A. A. Siddiquie, Advocate for the Appellant appeared and mentioned the matter. After taking instructions from his clients, he made a statement that the Appellant may be permitted to withdraw the present Appeal from Order with liberty to file an appropriate Application/ representation before the corporation for regularization of the first floor in view of the policy of the Corporation to that effect. 6.15-aost Appeal from Order stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.

If such an Application/ representation is filed within one week from today, the corporation is directed to decide the same within three weeks thereafter and communicate the order in writing to the Appellant.

If the Appellant fails to file such Application/ representation within one week from today, the corporation is free to take appropriate action. 5.

If the order goes against the Appellant, the corporation is directed not to take any coercive action against the Appellant for a period of two weeks from the date of service of order on Appellant or his Advocate.

In view of withdrawal of the Appeal from Order, Civil Application stands dismissed as infructuous.
