Heard learned Government Pleader for the Stateapplicants and learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner. In view of the averments in the application, prayer clause (a) deserves to be granted. Accordingly, we dispose of the application by passing the following order:-

2 cas-8-15 (i) If the bank guarantees furnished by the writ petitioners are alive till today, the same shall be kept alive till 2nd February, 2015.

(ii) No further extension shall be granted.

(iii) The application is disposed of.
