1] The learned Counsel for the applicants on instructions submitted that that, in pursuance of Order dated 5.1.2018, his client has deposited the balance amount of Rs.36,000/- with the Electricity Company. He further submitted that the applicants have also paid the additional sum of Rs.70,000/- towards the penalty imposed upon the applicants by the Company.

2] In view thereof, interim relief granted by an Order dated 5th January 2018 is confirmed.
