This is an application for extension of time to furnish surety for a period of 8 weeks.

The Applicant was granted bail by this Court vide order dated 03/07/2020 passed in Criminal Bail Application No.334 of 2020. Initially the Applicant was granted time to furnish surety Digitally signed by Pradeepkumar P. Deshmane Date:

2021.01.06 13:27:46 +0530 Pradeepkumar P. Deshmane for a period of 8 weeks and in the meantime he was allowed to furnish cash security.

In the past the Applicant had moved another application vide Application (ST) No.2016 of 2020 for extension of that period. Vide order dated 11/09/2020 that period was extended for a period of four weeks from 11/09/2020. 4.

Today, the learned counsel for the Applicant submits that the documents are already furnished in the department for necessary procedure and still further time is required for completing the formalities. She submitted that extension may be granted to complete formalities and till then, the cash surety should be allowed to be accepted.

Considering that the papers are already submitted and only formalities are required to be completed, today, I am inclined to extend the period by way of last chance for further period of four weeks.

Hence, the following order :

O R D E R

(i) Time to furnish surety as directed by earlier orders is extended by a period of four weeks from today, by way of last chance.

(ii) The application is disposed of.
