By this petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India the Petitioner wife challenges the order dated 16.2.2002 passed by 5th Additional District Judge, Solapur in Criminal Revision Application No.23 of 2001 by which order passed by learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Barshi in Criminal Misc. Application No.522 of 1999 dated 3.1.2002 was set aside by which the learned Magistrate was directed to the respondent husband to pay Rs.1,000/- per month to both the applicants towards their maintenance.

Office note shows that no one appeared on behalf of petitioner on 7.1.2016, 26.8.2016 and today also.
