Learned Counsel for the petitioners and respondent No.1 have tendered the consent terms stating that both the petitions be disposed of in terms of the consent terms. The consent terms are signed on behalf of the petitioners by its authorized trustee of petitioner No.1 and also by respondent No.1, as also signed by their respective advocates. The signatories to the consent terms are present in the Court and they are ------------------------- February 9,2023

pvr identified by their respective Advocates. There is no dispute on the signatures as made on the consent terms. The consent terms are taken on record and marked "X" for identification.

The petitions are disposed of in terms of the consent terms. There is no role of the official respondent namely the Administrative Officer, Education Department, the Education Officer and the Deputy Director i.e. respondent Nos.2, 3 and 4, except for what has been agreed between the parties in paragraph (5) which is in regard to the petitioners agreeing to submit the salary bills of respondent no.1, to the concerned authority, that the same be considered by the appropriate authority in accordance with law.

Accordingly, any proposed bills are submitted, let a decision in that regard be taken by the concerned authority within a period of eight weeks from the date of submission of said bills. Such a decision be communicated to both the parties. The undertakings as set out in the consent terms stand accepted.

Both the petitions are disposed of in the above terms. No costs. 5.

In view of disposal of the petitions, pending interim application would not survive, the same is disposed of.
