This is an application for extension of time to deposit the arrears of compensation (second installment) for the month of February, 2019. Mr. Haridas assures that the applicant will not hereafter seek extension of time for complying the order dated 9.1.2019 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.14137/2018. 4.

In view of this assurance and for the reasons stated in the application, Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) with no order as to costs. The Small Causes Court, Mumbai shall accept the demand drafts without raising any objection. 5.
