1) This is an application for suspension of substantive sentence imposed upon the applicant by the learned Trial Court and confirmed by the Appellate Court. In view of the consent terms filed by the parties herein dated 1.3.2016, the substantive sentence imposed upon the applicant is stayed. The application is allowed accordingly. 2) In view of suspension of the sentence of the applicant, the Criminal Application No.84/2016 for bail does not survive and is disposed of accordingly.
