Learned APP on instructions of the Investigating Officer who is present in Court states that the police intend to file a supplementary charge-sheet in the said case. He states that the same will be filed within two weeks from today. The said statement is accepted.

In view of the aforesaid statement made by learned APP, on instructions, learned counsel for the applicant does not press the application and seeks leave to withdraw the same, with liberty to file an appropriate application in the trial Court, after filing of the supplementary charge-sheet.

Application is accordingly disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed.

It is made clear that if such an application is filed, the same shall be considered on its own merits, uninfluenced by the withdrawal of this application.
