By this civil application, the applicant seeks restoration of the writ petition which was dismissed by this Court by an order dated 23rd February, 2017. Heard learned counsel for the parties and have perused the averments made in the affidavit in support of the civil application. The applicant has made out a case for recall of the order dated 23rd February, 2017 and for restoration of the writ petition. 2.

For the reasons recorded in the civil application, the order dated 23rd February, 2017 passed by this Court is recalled. The Writ Petition No.39 of 2001 is restored to file along with the interim order, 1/2
