This application was filed in December 2008 for transferring Misc. Civil Application No. 8 of 2008 from Aurangabad Bench of this Court to the Principal Seat at Bombay. 2.

During pendency of this application, however, M.C.A. No. 8 of 2008 has already been disposed of by Aurangabad Bench of this Court on 3 May 2011 as learned counsel for the applicant sought leave to withdraw the application and the Court granted leave as prayed for.

This application is accordingly dismissed.
