The learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to avail remedies in the pending civil suit. He expresses an apprehension that based on the impugned order dated September 24, 2021 passed by the Divisional Joint Registrar, Petitioner would be dispossessed from the flat. In case such an eventuality arises, Petitioner would be at liberty to file appropriate application before the Civil Court in the pending suit to seek interim injunction. 2.
