It is submitted that the writ petitioners in Writ Petition Nos. 354 of 2023 and 355 of 2023 are also belonging to same paternal family as the petitioner in Writ Petition No. 2051 of 2023. On 20th April, 2023, the Writ Petition No. 2051 of 2023 was on the board at Sr. No. 68 and the papers in Writ Petition Nos.354 and 355 of 2023 were called for. However, on 20th April, 2023, only Writ Petition No. 2051 of 2023 was disposed of.

The learned AGP also confirms the said fact.

In light of the above, Writ Petition Nos.354 of 2023 and 355 of 2023 are also disposed of in terms of the order dated 20th April, 2023 in Writ Petition No. 2051 of 2023. The Committee shall issue validity certificate of "Thakur Scheduled Tribe" to the petitioners within fifteen days. Consequential reliefs shall follow.

Writ Petition Nos.354 and 355 of 2023 are disposed of. No costs.
