It is submitted that Criminal Writ Petition Nos.1814, 1815 and 1816 of 2015 were dismissed in default by this Court. Issuance of process by the 7th Metropolitan Magistrate's Court at Dadar have been assailed in the said Petitions. By order of this Court dated 16.4.2016, all the Writ Petitions were dismissed and by order dated 6.5.2016, Civil Application No.220 upto 225 of 2016 were allowed and all the Criminal Writ Petitions were restored.

It is not disputed that these criminal writ petitions are pending final hearing. Learned Advocates for the respective sides submit that they are willing to proceed with the Criminal Writ Petitions on any date as this Court may order.

Learned Advocate for the non-applicants in these applications submits that though fresh complaints have been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class, at Latur, these respondents-non-applicants would not proceed with the said complaints, considering the fact that the present writ petitions have been restored on 6.5.2016 and they are pending final hearing.

Recording the above said statement, all these Criminal Applications are disposed of.

Criminal Writ Petition Nos.1814, 1815 and 1816 of 2015 are posted on 11.8.2016 for final hearing at the request of the learned Advocates for the respective sides.
