The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that pursuant to the order dated 11th December, 2017, the appellant was directed to deposit an amount of Rs.1,50,000/- on or before 31st December, 2017 in the trial Court. However, as there is delay in collecting the money, the appellant could not deposit the amount but now the appellant wants to deposit the said amount in the trial Court.

The learned counsel for the respondent is present. 3.

In view of the submissions, the appellant is allowed to deposit the amount of Rs.1,50,000/- pursuant to the impugned order in the trial Court till 11th January, 2018.
