This application is moved by the applicants/accused under sections 438 of the Criminal Procedure Code as they are prosecuted for the offences punishable under sections 420, 467, 468, 471 r/w section 34 of the Indian Penal Code in C.R. No.7 of 2016.

The learned Counsel for the applicants/accused submits that the applicants/accused have repaid the entire amount of approximately Rs.1.5 crores for which the offence is registered. He submits that the interim bail was granted by this Court. 3.
Learned Prosecutor confirms on telephonic instructions from the Investigating Officer that the matter is settled between the parties.

In view of this, the interim order dated 17.10.2016 is hereby confirmed with the same bail bond, however, the applicant/accused shall attend the concerned Police Station as and when called and cooperate with the Investigating Officer. 5.
Anticipatory Bail Application is disposed of accordingly. 6.
In view of the disposal of the Anticipatory Bail Application, the Criminal Application No.850 of 2016 for intervention stands disposed of.
