The petitioner prays for direction to the trial Court to conduct the trial expeditiously. The learned APP, on instructions, submits that the petitioner has been released on bail from Jail on 12.02.2019. 2.

We direct the Magistrate-II, Daund Court, Pune to expedite the hearing of the trial arising out of the C. R. No. 220 of 2014 registered with Jamkhed Police Station in the following cases:-

1) Sessions Case No. 86 of 2015 pending before District Judge-1 Ahmednagar arising out of C. R. No. 143/2014 registered with Supa Police Station for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 143, 364, 176, 202 IPC.

2. Sessions Case No. 385/2014 pending before Sessions Court, Ahmednagar arising out of C. R. No. 123/2014 registered with Shrigonda police station for the offences Ethape D.A.

3. C.R. No. 220/2014 pending before the Sessions Court, Daund for the offences punishable under Section 392 of the IPC.

4. C. R. No. 356 of 2014 pending before the Sessions Court, Daund for the offence punishable under section 401 of the IPC.

5. C.R. No. 217/2014 pending before the Sessions Sessions Court, Daund for the offence punishable under Section 394 of the IPC.

6. Sessions Case No. 371 of 2014 pending before District and Sessions Court, Ahmednagar arising out of C. R. No. 78/2014 registered with Belwandi Police Station for the offences punishable under Sections 395 and 341 of the IPC.

7. C.R. No. 63/2015 pending before the Sessions Court, Daund for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the IPC.

The trial shall be expedited within a period of one year from receipt of the copy of the order of this court. However, the aforesaid direction for expeditious disposal is subject to the co-operation of the petitioner as also the prosecution.
