As per the directions in the impugned order, all facilities have been extended to the Respondent, including water supply and the Respondent is in possession. The impugned order is passed on 19 March, 2014 i.e. two years back. The Applicant appears to have acted on the impugned order. The civil revision application itself was filed with delay, which was condoned. It appears that the Applicant is no longer interested in prosecuting the application. The application is, therefore, dismissed for non prosecution.
