Prayer clauses - (a) and (b) of the petition read as under : (a) this Hon'ble Court be pleased to issue writ of mandamus or any other writ, order or direction in the nature of a writ of mandamus directing the Ld. Respondent No.1 to dispose of the Miscellaneous Application No.38 of 2021 filed by the petitioner under Sec.14 of the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 in time bound manner, within reasonable period as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper;

(b) this Hon'ble Court be pleased to direct the respondent no.1 to forthwith commence the proceedings of Application No.38 of 2021 and to decide the same within statutory period as provided under Sec. 14(1) of the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002.

Mr. Shah states that the application under Section 14 was filed on 30th December 2020.
