Sessions Court seized with Sessions Case No.349 of 2014 arising out of Crime No.168 of 2014 registered with Dadar Police Station for the offences under sections 377, 323, etc. of the IPC is hereby directed to commence and complete said trial at the earliest and in any event by 31.8.2015 saving just exceptions. The Applicant on his part shall cooperate for expeditious disposal of the trial, as ordered.
