In view of the earlier order of this Court dt. 12th June, 2015, learned Counsel for the applicant/appellant fairly conceded that the appeal challenging the judgment and order of acquittal of the respondents is required to be taken before the concerned Sessions Court at Thane in view of the provisions of Section 372 of Cr.P.C.. As such, present application is allowed to be withdrawn and accordingly disposed of. The applicant/appellant to take appropriate steps in accordance with law.
