The issue as regards the correction of mutation entry is sought to be canvassed in this petition.

Without going into the merits, it will be appropriate in my opinion to dispose of the petition as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to take such steps including taking up the proceedings for correction for mutation entry as is permissible and advisable in law. Petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
