CORAM : V.M. KANADE & DR. SHALINI PHANSALKAR-JOSHI, J.J.

DATE : 23 RD SEPTEMBER, 2015.

P.C. :

1.

The Appellant, who is appearing in person, submits that she is not keen in pursuing this Appeal and seeks leave to withdraw this Appeal. We have interviewed her at length. She states that liberty may be given to her to apply for enhancing her maintenance, which has been awarded by the Family Court. We have satisfied that the Appellant does not wish to pursue the Appeal and she is not coerced in making this statement. 1/3

2.

Hence, reserving the said right, Appeal is allowed to be withdrawn and stands disposed of as such. However, liberty is granted to the Appellant to file an application for enhancement of maintenance in the Family Court.

3.

In view of the above, the Civil Application No.17 of 2015 pending in the Appeal does not survive and the same is disposed of accordingly. [DR. SHALINI PHANSALKAR-JOSHI, J.] [V.M. KANADE, J.] 2/3
