Learned counsel for the Applicant states that instead of pressing the prayer for pre-arrest bail, the applicant is making a limited request of granting him time to surrender before the trial/remand court and pray for bail and in the meanwhile, protecting him on terms and conditions deemed fit and proper by the Court. 2.

The request being made for surrendering before the Court of law which will facilitate earlier completion of investigation, the request deserves consideration.

As informed, the Applicant to surrender before the trial/ remand court on or before 14.1.2015 at 11.00 a.m. In the meanwhile, Megha 1 of 2

904_aba_6_15.doc the Applicant to stay at the address mentioned in the application and attend the I.O. on every alternate date in between 11.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. and not to indulge in any activity of tampering the prosecution evidence and/or misusing the protection for fleeing away or for committing any further offence.

In said premises, the I.O. of Crime No.320 of 2014, registered with Ambernath Police Station for offences under sections 277, 278, 284, 308, 336 and 120B of the IPC not to take coercive step of arrest against the Applicant up-till 14.1.2015 till 11.00 a.m. 5.

In event of the Applicant preferring an application for bail, the Trial Court shall decide the same as expeditiously as possible, preferably on the same date, subject to 24-hours advance notice of same being served upon the other side with expressed stipulation regarding the date and time of surrender in it. 6.
