Having heard learned counsel and learned APP for the respective parties, in our opinion, this petition can conveniently be disposed of by directing respondent No.1- Child Welfare Committee to dispose of the petitioner's application dated 10th December, 2015, a copy of which is annexed at "Exhibit D", page 21 as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of this order. Ordered accordingly.
