In view of the order dated 7 th July, 2022 passed by the Joint Charity Commissioner, Greater Mumbai Region, Mumbai, Mr. Bhutekar, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the appeal. Instructions are taken on record and marked 'X-1'

Mr. Bhutekar has invited my attention to clause 4 of the operative order dated 7 th July, 2022 passed by the Joint Charity Commissioner, to submit that in view of the said operative clause, till date, the Respondents have not submitted documents to the Inspector, required for holding inquiry.

In reply, learned counsel for the Respondents submits that respondent would challenge the clause 4 of the impugned order, within four weeks.
