1) The learned APP on instructions from the Investigating Officer submitted that in pursuance of Order dated 5th January 2016, the applicants have attended the Investigating Officer on the stipulated date. She further on instructions submitted that the custodial interrogation of the applicants is not necessary. 2) In view of the same, interim relief granted by Order dated 5th January 2016 is hereby confirmed.
