Learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner seeks time. In the memorandum of writ petition, the District is shown as Gadchiroli. The substantive relief which is claimed in this petition is in relation to a land in District Gadchiroli. Even the petitioner is aware that the petition arises from District Gadchiroli as it is stated so in the memorandum of the writ petition. We, therefore, direct the Registry to return the petition to the learned Advocate for the Petitioner to enable him to present it before the Bench of this Court at Nagpur.
