P.C.:- By the present Application under Section 407(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, (for short, 'the Cr.P.C.'), the Applicant is seeking transfer of investigation in C.R. No.296 of 2018 from Satpur Police Station, Nashik City to Mahatma Phule Chowk Police Station, Kalyan. The present Application under Section 407 of the Cr.P.C. is not maintainable and therefore, learned counsel for the Applicant seeks leave to withdraw the present Application with liberty to file a substantive Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for transfer of investigation of the said crime.

Leave and liberty granted.
