By this petition, the Petitioner is seeking to be released on emergency (Covid-19) parole. The learned APP, on instructions, states that the Petitioner was granted emergency (Covid-19) parole, however, he has not surrendered even though the said facility has been withdrawn as the said policy is discontinued vide Government Resolution dated 4 May 2022. An offence has been registered against him.
