This is an application for transfer of Criminal Miscellaneous Application No.950 of 2022, pending on the file of the court of 1st Jt. C.J.J.D. & J.M.F.C., Panvel, to the court of Jt. C.J.S.D., Panvel, for being heard along with Marriage Petition No.210 of 2020, pending before the said court.

Parties to both the proceedings are same. It would be

In view of the same, Criminal Miscellaneous Application No.950 of 2022, pending on the file of the court of 1st Jt. C.J.J.D. & J.M.F.C., Panvel is transferred to the court of Jt. C.J.S.D, Panvel, for being decided along with Marriage Petition No.210 of 2020. Needless to mention that the transferee court may take up interim application therein for hearing, considering urgency thereof. 5.

Application stands disposed of.
