Heard learned counsel for parties.

By this Contempt Petition, it is alleged that the Respondents have failed to comply the order dated 31st January, 2017 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No. 11623 of 2016 within the stipulated time.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that this Court by an order dated 31st January, 2017, directed the Respondents to decide the Petitioner's complaint - representation within 3 months from the date of the order. She submits that the Respondents decided the complaint - representation of the Petitioner by an order dated 10th November, 2017. Hence the respondents may be punished Pg 1 of 2

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the order dated 31st January, 2017 passed by this Court and as the Respondents complied said order, though at belatedly stage, we do not find any reason to take action against Respondents under the Contempt of Court Act.

Hence, the Contempt Petition is rejected. No order as to costs.
