In view of the provisions of Sections 15 and 28 of the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985, the petitioner shall have to adopt remedy provided under the Act of 1985. It is pointed out that this Court has granted protection by virtue of order dated 20.12.2017 which is likely to expire on 10.1.2018.

The Counsel appearing for the petitioner prays for grant of leave to withdraw the Petition to avail of the remedies provided under the Act of 1985. Leave granted. The Writ Petition is disposed of as withdrawn. Interim protection granted by this Court on 20.12.2017 shall continue to operate for a period of thirty days from today so as to 1 / 2

The alternate forum may consider the request of the petitioner for continuation of interim relief on its own merits and in accordance with law and uninfluenced by interim protection granted by this Court during pendency of the petition and continuation of the same by virtue of the instant order.
