The grievance of the petitioner is that the persons belonging to particular minority community are being harassed and tortured during the course of some investigation relating to criminal offences, registered, unregistered at various places. Learned Counsel further submits that women members and children are also not spared by the police. Several communications are made to officials and Home Ministry but so far to the knowledge of the petitioner, instructions have not been given to

In matters of specific cases, aggrieved persons are entitled to resort to appropriate remedy as prescribed under Cr. P.C.. 3.
