Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the respective parties. Also perused report of the Chief Metropolitan Magistrate dated 11th April, 2017.

The report shows that re-construction of Criminal Case No. 339/PW/2012 is complete. Both the sides have verified the records and are satisfied about the same.

So far as fixing the responsibility for the loss of the said case is pps

15 wp 16-16.doc concerned, the preliminary enquiry was completed and responsibility if fixed on three persons. Ms. Gonsalves, learned Counsel for the Respondent Nos.2 and 3 states that further action will be taken up against these persons, in accordance with law. Statement accepted. 4.

In view of reconstruction of Criminal Case No. 339/PW/2012 , the status of the said case which was shown as disposed of, shall be corrected and communicated to the respective parties. 5.

In the light of above, the grievance raised in the petition no more survives. The petition is disposed of.
