Mr.Mhaispurkar, the learned Advocate for the Petitioners submitted that, the present Petition was drafted and filed by Petitioner No.1 himself who earlier had appeared in person. However, the same is not happily drafted and requires proper drafting for bringing correct facts on record. He therefore seeks leave to withdraw present Petition with liberty to file a fresh Petition, if necessary. Leave and liberty granted.
